HMG is a privately owned property investment company with a portfolio of over 50 properties valued at close to £115 million. Approximately 75% of our portfolio is comprised of retail assets and our activities are broadly split into three areas: investment, development and trading.

Company strategy is based upon investing for growth through hands-on proactive management and identifying opportunities for adding real value.

The core portfolio comprises commercial property investments of institutional quality, but today’s environment means that we increasingly see more real value potential from higher yielding, less well secured investments where added value can be engineered.

The management team is a small highly motivated and enthusiastic group charged by the Board with achieving the company’s goals from its Altrincham base.
