Since acquisition, we have let space to Sainsburys, Argos and B&M Bargains which has improved the tenant mix noticeably. The park has an open A1 consent and other occupiers include Home Bargains, The Original Factory Shop, Poundstretcher and BeWise. We have recently acquired various adjoining properties with an eye on future development and have in addition secured planning consent for a further 24,000 sqft on an area of under-utilised car park which we aim to build once substantially pre let.
