We acquired the property in 1997 since which time we have developed a second phase and agreed a number of new lettings which both improve the tenant mix and help drive rental growth forward.
We anticipate further retail and leisure development at the Gerard Centre over the forthcoming year and expect to continue and generate rental growth from the current modest levels.
