The earliest company in the group, The Green Mount Estate Company Limited was incorporated in 1878. For a century, HMG was a residential investor but since the late 1970’s has transformed into a commercial real estate company. Green Mount later became HMG Properties Ltd and perhaps illustrative of the shift towards commercial property, now only holds one residential asset.
