HMG have let a suite in Refuge House on Watergate Street, Chester to government training agency, Remploy in record time.
Will Sadler of Legat Owen picks up the story "we learnt that Remploy needed to relocate very quickly in Chester and they identified two potential buildings, one of which was Refuge House. Their preference was in fact to choose the other property, however the owner was not able to move quickly enough and HMG stepped in with a promise to ensure that Remploy could be in occupation within 24 hours which is what happened".
"Letting property can often be frustratingly slow and it was refreshing to be able to conclude this transaction so quickly with a landlord able to act decisively".
