Following the administration of Martin Dawes, HMG have relet 9-11 Church Street, St Helens to Ladbrokes who have taken a 10 year lease at a rent of £50,000 pa, rising to £55,000 pa.
Nick Casson, Chief Executive at HMG, comments "This letting was agreed shortly after the demise of Martin Dawes and illustrates that despite the general weakness in the retail market well located and well configured retail properties still attract strong demand".
