In the first deal P & C Benson Limited trading as West Heath Pharmacy has agreed a new 15 year lease at a rent of £25,000 pa for unit D which extends to 1,250 sq ft. In nearby unit J which extends to 3,430 sq ft, S J S Logistics Limited have taken a 10 year lease at a rent rising to £37,500 pa. SJS will trade as Direct Carpets.
