SUBWAY SIGN AGAIN

Subway have signed up for a new lease at HMG’s new West Heath Retail scheme in Congleton. The fast expanding retailer has agreed to take a 600 sqft unit on a new 10 year lease at £13,000 per annum.

The deal necessitated HMG negotiating a surrender with the previous tenant, a local trader. Andrew Murray, Chief Executive of HMG comments ‘This letting is great news for West Heath and for HMG. As well as increasing the rent for the unit, we have improved the tenant mix at the scheme. We expect Subway to fit in very nicely with the existing tenants who include, Somerfield, Bet Fred and Martins the Newsagent. The two remaining units are both under offer.
