HMG APPOINT RICKITT MITCHELL DIRECTOR AS CHAIRMAN

North West commercial and retail property investor, Hollins Murray Group Ltd (HMG), is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Mitchell as its new Chairman. Paul is currently Managing Director of Rickitt Mitchell, Non Executive Chairman of NCC Group Plc and a Non Executive Director of Styles and Wood Group Plc.

Paul graduated from Manchester University with a computer science degree and went on to join Coopers & Lybrand where he qualified as a chartered accountant and worked in their corporate finance department. In 1981 he went on to co-found corporate financial advisors, Rickitt Mitchell and was made Non Executive Chairman at NCC Group, an AIM listed IT services company, in 1999. He has served as a Non Executive Director of HMG for over 8 years.

With more than twenty five years experience of corporate finance, Paul has an impressive background in M&A, private equity investment and public advisory work.
