Only 2 months after its purchase of Winstanley District Centre from Receivers, Altrincham based Hollins Murray Group reports that it has completed 2 new lettings and 1 lease renewal at the Centre.

The office accommodation is situated above Greggs/British Heart Foundation, fronting Ivegate in the heart of Bradford City Centre. Ivegate is a pedestrianised thoroughfare with good levels of footfall linking the main train/bus station to the prime shopping areas of Kirkgate/Darley Street.
