Only 2 months after its purchase of Winstanley District Centre from Receivers, Altrincham based Hollins Murray Group reports that it has completed 2 new lettings and 1 lease renewal at the Centre.
Location
The Longfield Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Prestwich Village, two miles north of Manchester city centre and offers short term flexible retail lettings prior to a medium term comprehensive redevelopment.
