Only 2 months after its purchase of Winstanley District Centre from Receivers, Altrincham based Hollins Murray Group reports that it has completed 2 new lettings and 1 lease renewal at the Centre.
Location
Refuge House is situated on the south side of Watergate Street and is approached from row level close to all amenities including the Town Hall, bus station, shops and restaurants.
