Ian joined HMG in 2024 having previously worked with property Managing Agents JLL, CBRE and Bruntwood. Ian’s primary role is to act as a main point of contact for HMG customers, managing all planned and reactive maintenance works, whilst also ensuring health and safety compliance is achieved across the portfolio. Responsibilities also include the setting and ongoing management of the properties service charge budgets.
