Kinver is a large village in South Staffordshire and surrounded by the counties of Shropshire, Worcestershire and West Midlands. The village is situated 34 miles west of Birmingham and 5 miles west of Stourbridge. The Village is locally viewed as an affluent and aspirational location and benefits from a 600 acre estate owned by the National Trust.

Project Description

HMG acquires a series of holdings from Marstons PLC in 2019. The properties included, a residential home, an occupied retail unit, an occupied standalone office building, a vacant site with residential development potential, and a 29 residential park home site. Each holding was extensively asset managed to include the following: Settled the dilapidations on the standalone office and obtained VP before disposing of the freehold interest; applied for planning permission for a residential development scheme before disposing to a local developer; HMG acquired  a number of the park homes and replaced them with new homes as well as applying for planning permission for two new homes and constructing before eventual disposal. The total Sale proceeds from the property were in excess of £2.5m.
