Flurry of Lettings at Flintshire Retail Park

Acting jointly on behalf of HMG, Legat Owen and Curson Sowerby Partners have agreed a series of new lettings at the retail park.

Costa Coffee have exchanged contracts and will take occupation of a 2,000 sq ft unit following completion of a series of Landlord Works. The coffee shop operator have taken a new 10 year lease. Banana Bens are a regional children’s play centre and are currently on site fitting out their 6,000 sq ft unit. It is anticipated that they will be open and trading in Q2 2025. Bevans / Rightway have also relocated from the town centre high street and have taken a new 5,000 sq ft unit in what was formerly The Original Factory Shop. Josh Moores, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at HMG commented: “We continue to attract a diverse range of Tenants onto Flintshire Retail Park and the ability to provide smaller units by splitting larger voids has allowed us to add Costa and Banana Bens as well as Dominos and The E-cig Store last year. We have been in discussions with Bevans for some time about a relocation from the High St and the recent addition of Flint Trade Zone was what ultimately swayed them to relocate.”
