O2 Relocate in Northwich
Acting jointly on behalf of HMG, Legat Owen and Metis have agreed a new letting to O2, who are relocating from their store on Witton Walk.
Telefonica UK Limited have agreed a new 5 year lease at a rent of £45,000 per annum. The unit extends to 2,116 sq ft and was previously occupied by Costa. The public house is believed to date back to the 17th Century and sits within a large site of approx. 2 acres.
