O2 Relocate in Northwich

Acting jointly on behalf of HMG, Legat Owen and Metis have agreed a new letting to O2, who are relocating from their store on Witton Walk.

Telefonica UK Limited have agreed a new 5 year lease at a rent of £45,000 per annum. The unit extends to 2,116 sq ft and was previously occupied by Costa. Josh Mores commented:“Whilst much has been reported on the difficulties surrounding the Baron’s Quay development in Northwich, our scheme fronting Witton Street and Leicester Street continues to be a success as we welcome o2 off the back off Vision Express and The E-Cig Store.” Luke Nicholson, Metis and James Lutton, Legat Owen acted for the Landlord.
