


New Lettings at Sandycroft
HMG have agreed a new letting at Prince William Avenue, Sandycroft, Deeside. The scheme, extending to approximately 11,059 sq ft was acquired by HMG in 2020 before agreeing a new letting of Unit 3 and renewing leases at Units 1 and 2 where existing Tenants were holding over.
Following a period of Landlord works to combine Units 1 and 2, a new 10 year lease has been completed. Delta Rock Group, the existing Tenant of Unit 3 has expanded into the unit. Josh Moores commented: “Given our other holding in the immediate vicinity, Sandycroft is an industrial location we are familiar with and continues to go from strength to strength. The scheme is again fully let, whilst setting a higher rental tone of £7.50psf up 150% from purchase in 2020”
