HMG have completed a sale to a local residential investor at Church Street, St Helens.
Little Chisnall Ltd has acquired 9-11 Church Street. The basement is let a local bar operator, and the ground floor and upper floors were most recently occupied by Ladbrokes. The purchaser intends to operate the ground floor as ‘Pimblett’s Bakery’ and is to submit a planning application to convert the upper floors into residential. Legat Owen advised HMG.

HMG have completed the acquisition of the freehold of the Unicorn Pub, Adlington Road Wilmslow. The public house is believed to date back to the 17th Century and sits within a large site of approx. 2 acres. The property is let in its entirety to Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited on an unbroken lease until 2034.
Erlesdene on the market
Acting on Behalf of HMG, Jackston Stops have brought Erlesdene, a Grade II listed Victorian Gothic mansion house at Green Walk, Bowdon, to the market. HMG have obtained 2 separate planning consents for the property: one for a single residential dwelling, and one for a 13 apartment scheme.
