Two New Lettings at Flintshire Retail Park

Hollins Murray Group has agreed two new lettings at Flintshire Retail Park.

Unit G was formerly occupied by B&M, prior to their upsize into a new 21,000 sq ft unit. This has been reconfigured to provide smaller inline units to satisfy operator demands. Two units have now been let to Dominos and The Ecig Store on 20 and 10 year leases respectively. Josh Moores commented “We noticed that there was strong occupier demand for smaller in line units when we were marketing two 1,500 sq ft units at the extension to the park and were waiting for the right opportunity to introduce some more. Once B&M agreed their relocation we knew that this unit would work well and demand has been strong. Unit G is now the only void on Flintshire Retail Park as we are repurposing approximately 15,000 sq ft of the retail park into trade counter use. One of those units is under offer to a national multiple trade counter occupier and we have ambitions to have the whole scheme let soon.” James Lutton, Legat Owen and Craig Hudson, Curson Sowerby acted for the Landlord.
